08 STi vs 07 Shelby GT

It was never a fair test, it should never have been done, but it was so I'll enjoy watching the Mustang get circles ran around it.

wow, that was awesome, the shelby got pwned! haha, and they just kept rubbing it in the whole video. "if you like leaving your signature's in the walmart parking lot, then the shelby is definitely for you" LMFAO!

Shelby does look better but what is the price differance in the two? Also, anyone who would think the Shelby is such a great car has alot of news flash once they spend that cash and have one...

The starting price for an 08 STi is $35k, so I'm sure it has to be the more expensive of the two. Unless Ford has really lost it's mind that is.

The Shelby GT is just a done up Regular GT with badges intake and what not. Everbody is prob. thinking of the Shelby GT500 which is not the car in the story. The GT500 is a 5.4 Supercharged motor doing 515hp.

wow. that STi is awesome. really makes the 'stang look like a POS. thats what ford gets for slapping a fake hood scoop, intake, and hurst shifter on a regular GT.

50 years from now, the STI will be worthless, the Shelby will be a 100k car. I would take the Shelby anyday over that ugly ass hatchback...

I doubt that shelby will be worth much down the road. A Shelby gt500, yea that would be worth some money, but not a badged up GT.

I don't care how ugly that sti is now, the performance of that car is just rediculous. Worth the money IMO.

I don't think so because it will cost 3 grand to fill up the Shelby 50 years from now
I just don't think the new cars of today will hold any value what so ever compared to the old muscle cars and rare collectors cars.
