i need my trim painted...but from where?

i need my trim painted...but from where?

ok i had a freind who said he would paint them at his job but he never got around to them after 4 months, so im looking somewhere else, its just the four dash trim pieces, want them orange to match the car, but who does them, im located in MICH so if you know somebody or a place i could ship to please let me know, thanks guys...

attempt them urself man its not that hard just make sure u get alot of sand paper lol..i dont kno if crate engine depot carries that color

yea, i dont mind doing them myself, i always paint most of my stuff, but i cant seem to find my color in a can, dont want to mix paint and use a gun, i think i looked on crateengine, i didnt see anything, but then again i never see the stuff i want or need.

oh they can get color match paint in a can?about how much did it run you a can?

no they should sell color match spray paint for ya. I used a diffent color so i did not get a color matched but they should sell it and if not then they should know where you can get it and its not that hard to paint man make sure you sand everythng down good use a fine grade of paper also so you dont put deep scratches in the trim

The cans are about $10 for a 8oz can from the dealership. However I had a pro painter friend of mine paint mine and I am glad I did because he even had problems with the part accepting the paint because chemical residue left by some cleaners I used. Here are some pics of his work. I must say I would never go back to the stock look. The color matched look fits so much better

yea thats to bad cuz everybody around here bullshits to much, had a few different people gonna do it but no one did (********), all well guess i'll run to the dealer in the morning and see if they carry any color match.

Spray them yourself it easy enough to do. I am still debating to spay them orange ofr wrap them in carbon fiber.

i had them wraped in carbon fiber, they looked ok, but didnt do enough justice for me, i needed something that stands out, im putting in blue racing seats this spring, already have blue painted brake calipers, so today i went ahead and painted my trim blue, i decided what the hell, if i dont like them i can always change it later, so i'll post pics of them tomorrow when im at home, thanks everybody.
