gauge pod question

ive been seeing several pics of cars with gauges mounted in the bezel around the cluster. i have seen the pics of the guy who built his own, but im wondering if there is a source to get them already built ready to go in. im not aposed to building it myself, i quite enjoy small fiberglass projects, but i do not want to cut my original bezel up, there are no junkyards around that have this peice (they all get broken when pulling the cluster) and gm wants $45 for it.

any ideas were to get one???

as of right now there isn't anywhere that sells a direct replacement. I think MKulrey13 (I dunno why that name popped in my head so I'm assuming its right) was working on a prototype a loooong time ago. I'm not sure what happened to it, but I know buying them from other members costs a buttload. I'd much rather the gauges there also, but for the money I can settle for it in the a-pillar lol

id like to keep the gauges out of view as much as possible. my last car i had them in the a-pillar, but the wideband flickering away at night was anoying and as soon as some ricer saw that they just *had* to try and race me. that got anoying happening every block and a half.
