Clutch/slave adjustment

Ok, so I've had an issue since it's gotten cold with my car being very tough to get into gear. It's only when it's cold and once the car warms up it's fine. Now, I've been noticing my engagement point is very low and I'm almost positive that that is the issue. Does anyone know how to adjust the engagement point on our clutches?

If it only does it when it's cold, it's most likely because the tranny is cold.

If it's the engagement point of the clutch it would do it all the time, cold or warm.
