how to on tranny mounts?

is there a how to on how to insert the poly mounts from TTR? i thought i seen it before on here so can someone find it i would appreciate it.

The 2.2/2.4L tranny bushings "Turbo Tech Racing" brand come with them. The "Prothane" brand do not, but there are MANY write ups on the forums here, a simple search for "install bushings" should do the trick
