problem with my 06 cobalt ss/sc???

So, about a month ago i started to hear this vibrating sound every time i accelerate, more noticable going up hill, sounds like its coming directlry underneath the car but its hard to tell. It doesnt do it at idle when i rev the rpms and my only mod is an injen CAI. Does anyone have any idea what it coulb be? I appreciate any suggestions Thanks alot guys.

You Probaly Got The Same Problem I Had
A Loose Screw On Your Pulley
Cahc It Out Before You Do Anything Else Or Take It To The Dealer

Seeing as how he is stock... and the stock pulley is pressed on.... meaning no screws... its probably not that.

As far as whats vibrating it could be hundreds of things, could even be something in ur glove box.. who knows until u get under ur car safely and start checking everything out. Maybe u left a tool some wheres when u installed the CAI... who knows.

later

Thanks for suggestions, ive checked everywhere i could think of, the car doesnt shake itself but u can just hear some vibration definately under the car. I asked a mechanic at the dealership he said it could be a heat shield or engine detonation so i'm setting up an appointment to get it checked out, do u guys know if my warranty will be voided from the injen CAI?.

Probably not, but I would just take it out anyway for the trip to the dealer.

It aint that hard to take it out unless your dealer put it in but should take it out just incase
