so the dealer ship just replaced my clutch in my 07ss/sc and now it doesn't stay in third or fifth and is hard to get in first when its cold... and there is a rattling noise on the passenger side. does anyone have an idea why my car is doing this?

bad tranny?

 

not that i can tell the car runs fine and pulls hard still its just when your driving through town or let off on the highway it pops outta gear.

 

bad syncrho maybe if its poping out of gear there is something wrong with it

 

not a syncro, the syncro only is used during a shift. sounds more like either a bad shift fork or sleeve.
