the only "problems" with the ZZP, is people not tightening it up and having leaks (easy fixed)
or people throwing cat codes due to the high flow cat. (expect this with EVERY aftermarket downpipe)

Yeah it is defintely a great upgrade. I would highly recommend it.

As an0malous said you will throw a code because of the high flow cat, but they can be deleted with a HP tune.

you could probably delete the code if you have an interceptor gauge, couldn't you?

Yes, you can. But when you drive around for about 10 miles it'll come back. Only reason I'm really worried about it is because I need to get inspected by Friday and it will not pass with this CEL.

What can you guys tell about the gains

ZZP states that gains between 15-40 HP can be reached depending on mods.

Personally, I highly doubt that anything above 25HP is possible, but maybe someone can give some details on what they (think) they gained. Most importantly whether the car accelerates noticeably faster after installation !

Anyone

Tired of that Check Engine Light and your car going into Limp Mode? We have the solution. Our CEL Light Eliminator gets rid of that CEL light and doesn’t effect the performance of your vehicle. We carefully test and research the correct amount of O2 carbons which are needed for the vehicle to correctly operate, at the same time we are able to extract the maximum horsepower potential out of the vehicle. Power without sacrifice..

beware the header to dp flange bolts, they like to break and go flying into car windshields, oh and the flex pipes tend to leak as well. these notes are just based on experiences from people around me who use there products

huh?
im sorry, i just couldnt help myself when cole said that he never had a problem. Its just funny cause he DID have a problem but it was with HIM! HAHA. check the link!
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/problems-service-maintenance-69/zzp-header-dp-corsa-exhaust-problem-89202/

and i did have a problem. the bolts snapped that connect the header to the downpipe. and i dont wanna hear "They now have upgraded bolts" cause i got the upgraded bolts and they still snapped. If you get it, do yourself a favor and go out and get yourself some new bolts. dont listen to everyone else who says that they wont snap. save yourself a headache.

nah , the flex pipes are great, Luke's whistling flex pipe wasnt ZZP's. but he has since upgraded to a ZZP downpipe with no problems...

Go get it...and some new bolts!
