Block heaters?
Block heaters?
Ok, I live in hawaii. And am moving to alaska. So my question is... Do i need a block heater, and if so where can i get one for my 07' cobolt ss/na.

nah you don't.. I don't have one and it gets friggin' cold here, just try to protect the car from the wind at night, let the coolant heat up a little before starting to move (I usually let it go up to 0C)
Note: The optional block (coolant) heater for the 2007 2.4L has a thermostatically controlled 3 prong 120 VAC plug which does not heat (turn on) unless the ambient air temperature is at 0 degrees F or below. (according to the manufacturer's opinion as noted in their owner's manual)
Hawaii to Alaska eh? That kinda sucks. But at the same time in so damn envious, b/c i've always wanted to go to both of those places!! Good to see your gonna keep the SS though. Get the license plate "SNOWBALT" when you get there!!!
You don't know what you're talking about..Windchill has nothing to do with that..Wind has a negative effect on living creatures, not objects...
