that car is sexy as hell. and dont get me wrong id love to own one. but i think there will be at least 1 more monster corvette from gm before all is said in done with the laws. and that one will be the best vette theyve ever done

... the sad thing, is that with the on coming emissions regulations, this might be the last of the last of the real muscle Corvettes for a while....
I'm going to assume 10-15 years of gutless crap again... just like in the 80's.

Corvette's get better with every year and then every model change. Who knows what the future holds but I'll tell you this, as of RIGHT now this is the baddest Vette ever sold to the general public! Hell GM isn't even publishing its true numbers! 11 second 1/4 mile and top speed around 200 mph but it has almost 150 hp MORE then the Z06 and thats what the Z06 can do!

Trust me when i say this, a ZR1 with serial # 001 if kept up will be worth allot more in 20 years. an besides 100% tax deductible ABOVE the price of the car for Dave it was a wright off.

Wrong... that one will have the 001 Vin... and a one time only custom paint job.

The guy that bought the ZR1 is the same guy that bought the 1953 Corvette Vin #003 from the Barrett Jackson for $1mil, which was the VERY FIRST Corvette sold to the public. The first two were kept by GM, IIRC.
