DTC P1101 Please help!

Hey guys... Driving on the wet roads today... A code popped up its P1101 which is something with the Air Flow. I hope to god its just water on the MAF or something simple like that. Not that i screwed something up. Any info on this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

it's an airflow system code....probably due to water intrusion on either the MAF, SCIP or TP sensors.

well, did you hit any big puddles or anything???? If there's any moisture in any of the sensors it will throw off readings and set a code......drive it around for a while nice and easy. The heat from the motor will get rid of the water See how it goes from there

yeah just got this code today, crazy flooding after snow storm. hit a huge puddle (pond). car idles from 500 RPM's to 1500 RPM's. when i try to drive it just bucks like crazy cant get it movin or out of 1st gear. had to leave it and work on it after it stops shitting outside. so i should just dry off the maf sensor right? everything else should be OK? besides the idle it still runs smoothly its not like its shaking out of the engine bay. I dont think water made it up any further... I HOPE so let me know any help is appreciated , thanks
