Okay, so I bought my Cobalt SS/SC around a month ago, and when I bought the car, I paid for the " 3 year 75K mile powertrain warranty", on top of the factory warranty. Now, I really want to go stage two, but don't want to pay a shitload for the GM stage 2, plus installation. So my question is, since i'm PAYING for this powertrain warranty, if I just bought the "stage 2" parts, installed them myself, and got my own tune, and then something with the powertrain messed up, would the warranty still cover it?
