If you look directly to the left of the license plate, it is right there. It's not too bad, can you fix it without replacing it?

its probably possible go to a body shop and see what they would charge maybe they can bondo it and repaint it then you should be good to go now what about the front you said is chipping got a close pic of it

 

awe i can't wait til all the snow melts and i can make my car look all clean like that for more than half a block

A body shop can fix that hold with some plastic repair stuff, we fix some bad **** at work like that, it's gunna be about 300

Paint and body work aint cheap thats for sure i'm a painter at a collision/restoration shop and some of the restorations we do on say a 67 camaro's final bill is around 30 to 50 g's

What about the front bumper? My clear coat is chipping off piece by piece...is there anything I can do to keep it from coming off the complete bumper...or slow down the process at least? I don't have the money to repair at the moment, but I am going to because it drives me INSANE!!! I just want to get a new front bumper and paint it though.
