What gen is this projector and a few more hid questions

1) what generation is this projector?

2) H7's are the low beams right?

3) When I buy my HID kit, how do I know what one to get? Would I want a 9007 conversion kit or an h7 conversion kit for plug and play with my stock harness?

4) Are the high beams wired with the plug and play or is there extra wiring to do?

Do you know a link for the 3rd gens? Certain pics posted on this site don't show for me... I am at work and I think they block a lot of the stuff I can see...

those are 2nd gen projectors like the above stated.. when you buy an hid kit, buy an h7 conversion kit for direct plug n play. and the high beams are wired.. the 2nd gen projectors are completely plug and play meaning all you need to do, is plug in the stock harness.. thats it. i think the 2nd gen version is the best.. just my opinion though.

these are the ones I have. they are the best by far. I actually just put an hid kit in them last night. got them all aimed and it looks amazing plus i can see everything no. like said above you get the h7 conversion kit

it literally took me 30 min to install the whole HID kit, easy and simple, especially since the rest of these headlight assemblies are full plug and play.

Pretty sure you need to wire the halos and leds in though, just like the other 2 gens.

Okay thanks. Didn't think it would, just figured I'd ask. Is there an equivalent for the first gen's?
