5th Time and the car is still not fixed !

Well i have been having problems with me 05 ss s/c It has been sucking air in around the dip stick and after them putting 4 different sets of o rings on the dipstick now it sucks so hard u cant pull the dipstick out at all had to take a big ass screw driver and pry it out after it comes out it goes in and out really easy but when i drive the car it gets sucked on there again and u cant get it out, soooo i take it back again and all they do it lube up the dipstick. Granted it was alot better then the other dealer tapping the dip stick to the tube I just called the Aturney Generals to get papers to fill out on the lemon law. Any ideas?

clogged PCV valve or disconnected vacuum line

try checking the compression before calling the lemon law
that way if it is a makor issue, you have proof of what the prob is

edit" try checking the oil filter to see if restricted

i had a bmw filter do this to the stick a few weeks back in the shop i recall

no i thought it was blowing it out until i took it to the other dealer and it was just sucking air around the rings on the dipstick so they got the right rings on there and it has so much vaccume in the crankcase u cant even pull the dipstick out after you drive it, but after you get it out and the pressure is released you can pull it out easy.

I took the oil cap off and did not help. I was out messing around with the car and the only time that it has that much pressure in it is when i drive it under boost it does not do it when the car is sitting still reving the engine.
