There is no modifying involved. Should be a direct fit.

From what I have read, us LS/LT guys have to remove the airbag sensor off our passenger seats onto the Recaros.

I'm looking into doing this heavily since I'm in a bidding right now for a set.

I just bought a set of SS Recaros and put them in my SS 2.4 My passenger had the passenger presence sensor, I just left it on there after looking at it, its ribbited to a piece of metal which is ribbited to another peice of metal, not sure exactly how its set up. If you know someone who works for gm they should be able to use a Tek II and re-calibrate your airbag light so its on all the time

that seems like a good price to me.

are the rears just as good quality as the fronts? i've read how to's on how to swap seats..honestly doesnt sound that hard..but sometimes reading instructions and actual labor can be quite different once you get your hands on it.

i've never taken seats out of a car..is it so bad that you'd need a pal's help? or could do it alone in an hour or two?

btw..i dont mean to intrude on your thread dman090..sorry dude

they are very easy to take out, took me about 5 minutes. There is a thread in "How to" on here on how to remove the back seat, 2 clips for the back and no clips for the bottom, just lift up from the back and pull. Took me about ten minutes total to take them out, by myself. The fronts only have 2 bolts in the back, then slide forward and lift out. and yes the back is just as good as the front seats

seems like a worthwhile investment to me..

ill have to check around locally for them before i go online

so i should keep the price range below 600 if i find them locally for front and rear?

I would...I only went that high because they were local, and I didnt have to have them shipped.....imagine the shipping on a fullset of seats?!?
