starting problem

today i went in my car and the first time i turned the key over my car would not start, so then i turned the key back and then tried again. it started right up on the second time.. should i have anything to worry about?

You might be experiencing the cold start problem that many people have experienced. There are many posts on the site about it, and given the weather currently in New York, I'd be thinking that, assuming you haven't abused your engine or anything of course.

its a safety switch. if you dont have the clutch depressed all the way the car wont start. or if you try to come off the clutch as you are starting it it wont start. try it out. you can not start the car if the clutch is not depressed almost all the way.

Need more info, would it try to crank? Make sure your battery is not dead.

I had a cold start issue that I beleive is related to fuel quality. I had this problem while in upstate NY.

it cranked but no start.. then i did it again and it started
