Clutch slips

Clutch slips
After my engine build I put a brand new southbend clutch and pressure plate in. Stage3. I however forgot to get the flywheel resurfaced, but can't imagine it would slip that bad. it's slipping really bad. I have to drive extremely light on the throttle, and I mean extremely light to get it to go. What could it be? Was installed correctly

First mistake.. Using a brand new clutch with a flywheel that isn't either new or resurfaced is a huge no no.
Second mistake (guess on my part).. The pressure plate wasn't prepped properly, so instead of bedding the disc to the plate, the disc was essentially "lubricated" and has zero chance of ever bedding.
In other words, you need a brand new clutch disc and flywheel. If you're lucky, you MIGHT be able to salvage the disc if you work it correctly.

Your disc is screwed. No two ways around it brotha. As far as the flywheel goes, don't even mess with it at this point, just get a new one with all 8 flywheel bolts. I'd have no way of determining if your pressure plate is still good or not unless I saw it in person.
