This coming friday is the LAST street legal of the season, and the turn out for the local this year was.... well pathetic, barely anyone showed up all summer long. So for the last street legal off the season, why dont we get as many of you guys out at possible this time around.

Info for any first timers:

This friday at mission raceway, website is missionraceway.com
gates open at 4:30 for racers
gates open at 5:00 for spectators
Racing starts at 5:30 and goes till 11 (weather permitting)

$5 for spectators and $30 for racers.

 

I might come as a spectator.
I've been busy moving for the past little bit, haven't had time for much

 

yea i know what you mean, i just finished getting all my stuff unpacked at my new place, still havent got the springs in yet either, robs been super busy runnin that new spy shop place. Now that i got more free time, im gunna look around for a shop to install them

 

might not have my car any more but i wouldn't mind possibly going to spectate some other cobalt guys go at it

track was alright last night, although cold as hell. i saw a silver base model running 16s and an ss/tc running low 15s. nobody got many runs, there was an oil down that took an hour and a half to clean up (synthetic), and there were a lot of cars.

 

lol, i did 2 runs first one as sharkey said a 15.3 at 99.3 mph(track was so cold from sitting for almost 2 hours), and my second was a 14.5 at 100.22 mph...the track sucked both times lost traction 1st and 2nd chirped third

 

i got there 10 mins too late tech had just left drove all the way from tsawassen i was soo choked but i stayed to watch my buddy race his GTO n by the looks of it i didnt miss much!!
