went flat on way to work. aired it up and this is what happened. not sure if the bubbles are from a bad tire or from drivin on it to get pulled over out of 8 am traffic. is holdin air now and is not over pressurized. already called in to see about RMA.

I wouldn't drive on that at all! That looks like the result from driving on a flat tire.
The tire could have had a defect which caused the flat tire.
All 4 of mine are holding up fine, and I've been happy with these budget tires.

just ordered a replacement for mine. i got mine a week or so later after purchasing.

i didn't drive on it after i got to work and aired back up. i swapped it out for the donut. luckily i have an extra set of rims i borrowed from a buddy. i sent the pic to them and they said it was caused by driving on it with too low a tire pressure.

yeah it probably got really hot and bubbled/stretched out. Sucks that you have to order a replacement tire, but glad that you are alright and didn't wreck.

I call BS! That picture looked like the steel belts inside the tire gave out and cause the tire to bubble out cause there was nothing supporting it in the sidewall.

Did they cover it under warranty??

That is a defective tire. Delamination between the belts. No offense to anyone, but you get what you pay for with ultra cheap tires like that.

I want to paint these gunmetal wheels. Do you think I should wait until I mount the tires to paint the wheels or do it before?

I got my tires yesterday and the quality seems pretty good. Getting them mounted tomorrow and it will be another week before I can actually drive on them.
