Im about to finish my install on my 05 2.2 this week w/ zex wet kit. I have an injen intake. and my XTC headers( waiting for ones w/ the fix for 05 cobalts), dwnpipe are on order. my exhaust is going to be ordered, hopefully, after new years (corsa touring). for nw im doing the 55 shot, then 75 once i 've gotten my other bolt ons and then im goin to take it to my friends shop for the timing (not sure if we can do timing because i've heard our cars electronically controll the timing. Can someone help me out thier?)

as with any nitrous kit

at the very least you'll want to run a wet kit & bottle warmer with 2 step colder plugs (NGK BKR7E)

I myself personally have the zex wet kit, zex window switch which I just bought and installed but yet to test out, zex bottle warmer, zex purge, and zex blow down tube with NGK plugs.

No, its on the 2.2.

You dont need timing changes on the 2.2 up to a 75 shot single fogger. Slowion2 has run 75 shot for over a year with no timing issues, and ive been running 50 shot since may. Now if you can find power in that, then by all means go ahead, but i cant help you with how our timing works. Slow probably knows.

2.4 needs the same supporting mods as the 2.2. intake, exhaust, colder plugs. 91+ octane... ALL the time.
