Got "Caught" Tuning

I was out tuning my cobalt about a month and a half ago, and I was arrested and cited with a $445 Criminal ticket, and got 12 points on my license! So I already had to pay the ticket, and got it talked down to a civil offense and the prosecutor said 3 points on my license, but I just got a letter from the DMV that said I have 12 points on my license and need to attend a hearing about having my license Revoked.

All of this for driving 12mph over the speed limit, and not even accelerating! He saw the computer and freaked the F*ck out. I should have shot him with the gun in my glove box!

I am going to Have this Deputies ***** in a jar. Next time a cop pulls me over, I'm loading!

Do you have any documents stating only 3 pts were to be placed on your licencse? If so, I would definitely take that with you because 3 points isn't that bad, but 12 is horrible! Sorry to hear about that crap. Datalogging your car should not be illegal. That is some bullshit!

Easy on the shooting rhetoric! Us CCW guys need to be cool headed!

But anyways, what was the actual infraction?

I can understand your frustration, just keep cool man.

It's when you have a laptop, a wireless card and you drive around town scanning the area for wireless networks (routers). Basically, you could pull up at someones house and access their computer if they aren't smart enough to password protect. In some cases, even if it was password protected, with the right program, you could get right inside and have your way.

This is why wireless networking isn't safe. Read more about it when you get a chance...interesting stuff.

Since then cops have been tailgating me. So I was thinking of brake checking the next one. Those needle dicks deserve it. You don't need to have your ***** up my anus to check my lisence plate.

The cop could not prove anything and he lied. He just profiled my car and lied about having me on radar. He was doing a U-turn in the opposite direction and did not see me til I passed him.

Maybe I will put my SKS in my car instead of my 380 Auto that I have. WAKE UP CALL! I'll be the first Cobalt with a Gun-Rack. Here is my baby right after I got it put together :-)

Bingo...

and if he doesn't die, he'd be in jail for attempted murder on a police officer. Might even get a plunger in the ass on his way to the station.

Please, think before you post stuff on the internet.

The actual infraction was Exhibition of Speed. I was not exhibiting anything. I was the only car on the road, and I was the only occupant in the car. He said he was going to give me reckless driving for dodging in and out of traffic, but there was NO traffic. I was on a back country road, he was just lying and trying to intimidate me with fear. In actuallity I was driving fast, but he just had no idea how fast and was trying to intimidate me into giving up information.

It worked.....I now fear cops and have a hatred for them, dispite having respect for them before.

So if you get beat up by a black guy, are you going to all of a sudden hate all black people?

See my point? You had one cop give you trouble and now every cop is bad? Do you see where logic isn't coming into place?

When you are put in my situation on a back country road with no witnesses on your side with a cop who will not call for back up to get someone to help make sense of the situation and he is lying to try to take away your car send you to jail fine you money and REVOKE your license, then you let me know. That cop was holding his gun half the time and intimidating me. Then he threw me in the back of his car and striped my car apart looking for something to arrest me for, then let me go when he found nothing and lied on the ticket so he could justify having wrongfully arrested me. It is a situation that happened a long time ago, and I am not reacting out of anger from a recent incident, I am acting out of built hatred since then. Even if he only gave me a ticket for 12 over which would have been fine, it would have only been a simple $140 ticket, he had not right to drag it to the extent he took it, and having to make me go through court and all of that bologne where he can continue to lie about what happened to get some satisfaction out of taking a decent person and turning them into one they should watch out for.

I am referring to the treatment that I have been recieving from cops at that time, and since then. I have learned a valuable lesson, which is never to talk to a cop unless he calls for additional units, because if that had been the case, my situation would probably of never happened since he broke protocol.

I'm not saying you don't have any reason to be upset...I would be too.

There is a difference between venting and making threats of bodily harm to a police officer & also generalizing ALL police officers to what this cop did.

That's all I'm saying.

If you didn't answer him, there wouldn't have been a difference either way. What happened, happened. You either learn from it and move on or sit here and dwell on it and not solve anything. If you keep feeling this way, you're going to end up in an even WORSE situation the next time you get pulled over.

If you were tuning (I assume logging) you can easily see how fast you were going....

I seriously WANT to be pulled over while tuning, to say '**** YOU, here i have 'proof' I wasn't speeding'.

I get pulled over all the time doing the speed limit, the cop writes me a ticket for doing '5 over' and says he's giving me a brake. A BRAKE MY ASS!!! 5 over isn't a big deal, but I got 4 in 3 weeks. Total bullshit.

That assumes that you are already unbiased versus the party in question.

If one black guy beats you up, you just have him arrested for assault. That's an easy answer.

If one cop rakes you over coals and there is nothing you can do about it, you are left with venting and Therapy. You can't go out there and hurt every cop, there is just not enough of me to go around, and plenty of them, and you can't call the cops on a cop, because they will just take his word. I am left to BOHICA!

Only if that window was open. I was Histogramming my MAF table. No other gauges open.

The point isn't that you can get someone arrested, the point is state of mind of HATRED. No matter if you call the cops, you could still start hating all black people. You situation was resolved and you still have cops in general when a small amount of them (according to you) weren't helpful throughout the process.

Do you now see my point? It's about your state of mind, not actions.

I see your point......I'm not as stupid as you might think, just deeply disgusted by who they decided to put on the streets.
