No power to Data Link (ob2 port)?

K. i'm at a loss.

I've went to use my code reader/hpt, and it says theres no power to data link cable. And i tested it, there isn't! wtf. I checked all my fuses, and didn't find any that were bad. anybody have that happen to a cobalt?

I had this problem before. Check your Cig lighter fuse, also, be sure that whatever device your plugging into the port is super snug, even the slight not touching of the prongs will throw it off completely. I found out that some of the prongs were bent, I fixed it with a very small flat head screw driver.
