Even though the New York Region SCCA autocross series is done for the year, there are still a few events you can get to in the NY Metro area. Bring out those Cobalt's to prove that D-Stock isn't exclusive to Subaru's and Honda's!

Saturday 10/15/05 - Westchester Sports Car Club at Orchard Beach in the Bronx. Yes, the Bronx. No, it's not it the bad part. Yes, it's legal. Pre-Register at http://www.wscc.org

Sunday 10/16/05 - NASA at the Meadowlands Sports Complex (lot 16 IIRC). More info at http://www.nasanortheast.org.

Come on out while the weather is still semi-decent and improve your driving skills. See you there!

It seems the rains have worked their magic on this beach front parking lot. Check back often, as it looks like Saturday's autocross may not happen. If that's the case, see ya Sunday at the Meadowlands.

 

Unfortunately the event at Orchard Beach has been cancelled. Apparently a good portion of the lot is under quite a bit of water.
