09 lnf swap for an 05 lsj HELP

So I own both an 05 ss and an 09. I know that for high power the lsj is better, some questions I have are since I have both cars what part would I need to do the swap, and can I put the existing turbo on the lsj or would I have to buy a new setup. Also if I'm currently at the ~300 hp mark is the swap even worth it without me having to dump a lot of money into the car to get to maybe 400 or 450

Any help or insight would be appreciated

the ss/tc hands down is the better car, and unless your going over 500hp neither engine really has anything over the other. the reason the lnf is more expensive to build is because of the direct injection. at one point the only option was to add a 5th injector, or port injection setup, now there are larger high pressure fuel pumps, cams with larger fuel pump lobes, the opel injectors, and i have even seen some aftermarket injectors. this still all comes with a price, but zzp claims with their high pressure fuel pump, 600hp on e85 is achievable.

for an engine swap into another vehicle that didnt have a 2.0l ecotec, the lnf or other direct injection variants are a poor choice if the goal is over 450hp because of the cost of fuel system upgrades. for a cobalt that has an lnf, your better off leaving the lnf in place and working around it

The lnf is alot better and easier to get up to about 600hp
since there are now fuel pump and injector options you can get it even higher. Unless ur wanting like 700 plus hp id stick with lnf. Just build it and get an f40 or b3 design trans
