no. It will cause the throw out bearing to over extend and leak out.
Unless you find out how much they took away, then get a spacer of that size on the back of the throw out bearing to compensate for the lack of flywheel material. I've done it. It works. But a headache. Much easier to throw a new flywheel.

It is not suggested to resurface.

$150 from ZZP isn't awful. Of course another $50 in flywheel bolts sucks too.
