And unlike the Caliber (Chrysler's answer to Aztek!), you can actually stand to look at this one!

Lol this is MUCH better looking than that ugly caliber.
Hopefully its as mod friendly as the Caliber though. lol.

Im wondering after seeing this if the 2008 SS/TC is going to be around the same pricing levels.

That's a good price for something with that type of performance. The Balt ss/sc should be priced around the same IMO.

that is probably MY NEXT ride.... I'm gonna keep my SC at least another 2 years and pay it down....
but, the HHR SS will be both fast and functional....
2 SS's in the driveway would be nice
plus the HHR SS should be able to fit 2 mountain bikes in the back

It seems like a good deal but to me, it is not much better looking than the Calibur.

No need to refer to it as SS/TC anymore since there will be ONLY one SS Cobalt in 2008 - it's about time!!!

No 6spd Manual
No 5spd Auto

What a joke. GM needs to get there act together. I will never buy another car unless it has either of those listed above.

Borrowed my dad's HHR to go mountain biking. You can fit two inside, upside down side by side and I don't think we had to remove the front wheel either.

As soon as they offer 0% on the 08 HHR SS and the 08 Cobalt SS I will be buying one of each. The Cobalt for me and the HHR for the wife.

Hate to break the news but isn't the SS corvette coming out next year. And if that doesn't have a six speed then I would cry.

I was talking about the SS cobalt. The Corvette has had a 6spd manual since 1986
