I have to stay stock to keep the warranty. When that runs out and I do get the tune though..
I requested they set it at 3000RPM when they do my tune at BNR... Should I ask them to change it to 3200 or first try it at 3000?

You don't have to ask them to change it, you can do it yourself with ezflash.

Go to the Program tab, then go to adjust tune settings, LNF (Turbo 2.0), set launch control then pick your amount. After you set that reflash your tune on there.

Thank you! Another EZFlash related question. How can I flash to stock tune if I bring it in for warranty work?

The same way you would flash your aftermarket tune on. Both tunes are stored in the same file. It should give you an option when you boot up the file they sent you as to what tune you want to add.

All this "ideal" talk needs some clarification. "Ideal" depends on your car's weight, suspension, how you work the clutch, and traction/tires.

I've done lower RPM, non-LC, launches than that, beginning to make boost nearly off the line, and ended up faring well in Mexico. As always, the trick is to not bog, but then again not be spinning so much that you're not hooked up enough to go anywhere, adding more throttle as you accelerate. It just takes pedal control and practice, and it'll eventually become more like muscle memory.
