Boost and mass flow questions

It's been awhile, but I recall someone saying they didn't need to increase the DAL (or Torque to Load table as it is now called in the latest 3.7 Beta) to increase boost where I'm currently at 226 at 4k+ at 100% pedal torque request. I noticed my PR limit (stock) goes to 3.00 at 4000+ RPM which should provide more than enough TIP/MAP boost ceiling, but I am still maxing around 19-20 psi. But I am flowing 33+ lb/min at 6000 RPM and can flow up to 34 lb/min at 6500 RPM.

Do I want to go a bit higher, say 21-22 psi, to try and flow 34 lb/min at 6000 RPM? I've written down notes over the years from some of the major players here, like to keep it at or below 23 psi to run it all day long on a road course, and to go with 20* timing at WOT with E47 for max power, and to use 0.88 lambda for PE for max power. I just want to know if 19-20 psi with 33-33.5 lb/min at 6000-6200 RPM is good enough, or do I want to try for 21-22 psi and flow 34 lb/min at 6000-6200 RPM if that is even possible. If so, what do I need to do? Increase the PR limit table even more? Increase DAL/TTL? My intercooler temps barely register a spike at 19-20 psi right now.
