boosting 2.5psi with motor not running.

I have a 2010 SS with 3 bar map sensors, Trifecta 23 psi tune, K&N intake, Injen charge pipes, Zzp increased clearance intercooler, Hahn catted dp. I had gms1 for about a year before getting Trifecta tuned. The other day I was getting boost surge on light throttle to about 3psi to 0 with no increase in throttle. I put it back in the garage, shut it off scanned for codes, no codes. When I had the key on on position not running I noticed the boost setting on the RPD showed 2.5psi and was bouncing down to 2.0psi. So I have heard the the butt connectors on gms1 dont last and are ****. So I had my girlfriend sit in the car and watch the gauge while I giggled the wires that are butt connected to the map sensor on the intake manifold and when I did that she said it went back to 0. So I am pretty sure the connections are not properly crimped. Looks like I need to get them soldered. What do you guys think?

That could definitely be it, but the TMAP sensor wire-connections are usually the connections that fail. The only way to be sure is to pull the current crimps off and re-do it.

Well I got my map sensors soldered. Problem is gone. Now I notice my avg mpg is like 25.5 when it used to be 21.8. I also had the ignition cylinder replaced It was stuck in the on position. They had to disconnect battery to shut it off. With the battery being disconnected that long, for like 2 days, do I need to reflash my ecm with my trifecta tune?

No, the fuel maps will rebuild on their own.

You're good to go man. Everything sounds great! Fyi, whenever you lose power (battery disconnected, take ECU out, ect...) your tune is hard written to the ECU. Like SS above said your fuel trims will reset but that's ok.
