so i get in my car today and i put my foot on the clutch and foot on the brake as usual, but my brake pedal feels hard and crunches to the ground after i start it, i do a few brake applications and its crunchy then goes away...? any ideas? it freaked me out the first time it did it.

 

bleed yer brakes?

 

air in the system would create a soft pedal would it not? besides how would air randomly get in there?
