so time to do my new pads and i plan to do them in my garage but what i need is a good how-to on how to completely disconnect the brake system front and rear. take off both calipers without getting brake fluid all over the place and how to bleed my brakes when i reinstall them.

i want to take my calipers off and paint them.

Paint them without removing them. It's not difficult.

 

i made this thread to see if anyone had a how-to or had knowledge of taking off the calipers like we do everything else without breaking something. in which a few other people also want the same info as they have said.

what i did NOT make this thread for was personal attacks from anyone in this site to try to use to "talk ****" or make any other comments not about the brembo brake system, weather it be your defending your friends on the site or what ever it is your doing or attempting to do please don't do it here go some where else and if you feel some sort of way about me just pm me and ill tell you what i REALLY think.

specially if your a moderator whose job is to ensure people AREN'T talking **** about others too badly for you to be doing it for no apparent reason seems to go once again along with my statements a few months ago that this site is turning into a popularity contest and i understand why a lot of people don't log on anymore and just post **** to their Facebook saying how childish people here are.

I understand where your coming from. A lot of people feel that you should have a large knowlegde of these cars when you come to these forums, but also many of the questions that seem to be popping up day after day are the same questions that have already been discussed. I meanno need to try and play someone on the internet, but yet again it's the Internet... An insults not really that serious if you can't say it to someones face.

As to what you asked, I saw a thread in the How to do section about both painting the calibers and about removing them, but I'm not about removing it all. Good luck on your search cause it's something I'd like to know too.
