The charge pipe, I saw a HAHN pipe that rubbed on the underisde of the hood. All the red p/c was rubbed off down to the metal.

Yeah I know, just saying the charge piping is all I have heard about rubbing.

Cut up some radiator hose and either cover the bolt, or cover the intake. You can try adjusting the intake too. My Hahn has to get adjusted every few months, otherwise it will knock against the wheel well :-/

You need to fix that yesterday. That is an AC line, and when you wear through, it's going to depressurize the system, and you'll need a new line.

You should be able to move the intake or line gently away from each other. Will likely require a ziptie or something to keep it from moving.

Ya I was hopin it was nuthin like that

I can wiggle both of em around, but can't keep em away...

If I zip tie the aC line or Tape it to the side of one of my front struts or somethin, would that mess up anything when I turn my aC on???

That's fine if you zip tie the AC line out of the way. Just don't crank on it really hard and bust it You shouldn't unless you're a gorilla.

Maybe some other Injen intake users will pipe in and say if they are having the same issues. Get them to show you some pics and see if something is off.

What about loosening the clamp and pulling the intake tube out of the rubber elbow some, just to make it sit a little bit higher? With my zzp intake (s/c) I had to mess with it so that it doesn't rub on the computer. Took a little while to get it all moved around but it's good now.

Good luck, hope it works. I hate how much crap chevy crammed under the hood and how everything "just fits". Make the car 3" wider and longer so we can have some room to do something!!

my hahn does the same damn thing. i guess thats what you get for aftermarket BS. Took a bunch of anti abrasion tape and wrapped the BPV pipe that was hitting the #1 coil connector too.
