CEL now off...car STIll intermittently stumbles/hesitates

Last week car was fixed by dealer when CEL came on and it threw codes P0236 (turbo boost system perf), P2227 (Baro pressure sensor performance), and P0106 (MAP sensor performance).

Dealer notes state: followed document #1971001 on scan tool....Boost sensor wires poor connection...repaired wires, cleared codes, test drove vehicle.

Now CEL stays off but car still occasionally hesitates/stumbles while driving????

Any ideas for when I take the car in again?? Car has GMS1 kit and thats it. Should I make sure we have the correct O-ring?

Thanks for any ideas in this ongoing saga.

Try buying and changing Map Sensors. That's what happens when those blow out

some more info...car intermittenly hesitates/stubles when driving at constant speed with boost at near 0 psi....I have not experienced the hesitation when giving the car a decent amount of throttle and boost goes up to 21 psi or so...

Sounds like what mine was doing. I replaced the stock BPV with a Forge BPV and the problem was fixed.

Need a code reader or data log. It is likely still setting codes, but not the MIL light. Do NOT buy a new valve based on hearsay.

I hope your dealer is more receptive of suggestions than mine was. They just basically gave me the glad-hand on the back and the "sure, we'll look into that" smile.

I’m intermittently getting a 5psi turbo limit and code P0236 with only GMS1. How did this turn out?

PO236 is usually the result of bad crimping, oil on sensors, or leaking o-ring.
