I am anxious for responses too. I just got a P0131 and P2096. I too recently installed a Downpipe, though I went Catted.

Negative. I have a ZZP Catted. I HIGHLY doubt mine is an issue with the Downpipe or downstream o2 Sensor. Mine is Catted, angled o2 Bung, and Tuned.
