I just installed my Dejon Charge piping on my car and its rubbing the hood a little bit and is starting to take the powdercoat away a little bit..any advice??

 

My charge pipe rubs too, it also left a little dent on my hood. I just put a arm band on the pipe for it wouldn't take off my paint.

 

Mine rubs too. What I did for now was pretty much the same as 20redline did. I am gettin the under hood mat with the "SS" on it soon so hopefully I won't have to worry about it. Kinda sucks because I noticed it late and I already lost a little spot of powdercoating :/

 

yeah same here as well.

takes a little paint off the pipe and left a dent in my hood.

guess youd just have to cut the end of the pipe a little shorter so it leans down more.

but I havent done anything abou it yet.

thats weird..i have the dejon hot side piping..and it doesnt rub at all...make sure your piping is in good in the coupler coming off your turbo

 

Mine rubbed till I readjusted it. also the motor moves a bunch now. I'm going to fill my mounts with polyglass. that might help.

hmm weird,well i took it all off for now cause im not driving my car cause i have the stock intercooler and the little plastic side tube things,well the hot side is cracked so its just spraying oil everywhere,so nowww i need to get a new intercooler,sucks so bad cause theyre so expensive and i wasnt planning on getting a new one yet

 

people on this sight have used intercoolers all over...check with them, check in the classifieds

you ave a cracked intrercooler and it's spraying oil?? what am I missing here? that should not be doing that...
