Clunk in the front right when going over bumps

when ever i ride over bumps its like a clunk noise its not suspension because it only does it on the right front side i dont know what it is but its annoying

hmm im not sure see if the boots are tore on the upper and lower swaybar endlinks....Maybe get a mechanic to have a look at it

i have the same problem and its driving me nuts, but mine is more of a squek and i used to have a clunk and replaced the intermidiate steering shaft and the clunk went away

This is so common (I think mine is doing it too) that Dorman (the HELP! line) has a pending part number for it.

In fact, I feel mine in the steering wheel, and even brake pedal, if I'm paying enough attention.

Take your car to the dealership. The control arm ball joints on mine are completely shot @ 22k miles and the car is dangerous to drive right now, the ball joints are so loose that a hard hit could break them. Could be sway bar end links too, or steering column, but the sound would not be on the passenger side.

i noticed a thump in the right front after i lowered mine so yea that may be your problem

i noticed a thump in the right front after i lowered mine me and my friend both lowered ours and now we experience that so it may be it. we have to do diff shocks and struts to get it right

True...didn't read that he said right (pass.) side. If you're under warranty, get it to a dealer.

caught the problem a bolt on my downpipe where it connects to the cat back was loose and it was causing the down pipe to bump lol

I have to take mine in too . Front passenger side has a rattle when i hit bumps . Cant feel it in the wheel or pedals . But it also makes a popping sound if i turn the wheel sitting still ...stop to stop . Almost like something is binding up as im turning the wheel.......then lets go . It's very annoying for only having 4K miles on her . My SS/SC had 30K on and had less noises than this thing.
