1-2 NLS is almost worthless in these cars after a tune. I pulled it off on a prepped strip but I had crazy wheelspin.

Yeah .... no doubt . My car spins bad enough in 2nd just rolling back into the throttle.

The only time I would NLS 1st to 2nd was if I stole someone else's SS/TC lol

The people telling you to do 40's in 3rd........ aren't trying to sell a clutch in the classified section are they??

Gotta keep these cars in 2nd on a 40 roll for the clutch and for best performance.

Same way, roll it through several compression strokes. If you use a tester (without an extension) just long enough to reach the plug threads you should see 150 - 160 psi.
Mine were all 150 to 155 IIRC. With an extension hose it will read considerably lower. Should be close to the same on every cyl though.

haha yeah after the piston crack(thats all the dealer told me) it sounded just like a subie, think it could have something to do with it being colder out and letting on and off the gas something to do with heat causing the crack?
