Yes... No cat = better flow and more power.

We have Turbo XS downpipes in stock, ready to ship USPS (postal mail)

Check them out www.TurboTechRacing.com

you'll always see more of a gain without a cat. i believe your boost pressure will drop but that doesn't mean a drop in power. just means your engine isn't working as hard for that extra hp. correct me if i'm wrong.

I have both and I swap for track events. I can't stand the catless one on a daily basis. The difference is pretty minimal. Zippo difference on a big road course, other than I can disable COT. No noticeable difference in top speed at the end of a straight.

not sure how much of a difference it makes on turbo cars, but i got a test pipe my old contour svt 3.0 and sounded like crap so i added a cat which killed rasp and made ZERO difference in power (magnaflow high flow)

^disagree, cobalt tc isnt one of the better turbo sound cars w/o resonator. Although it sounds heavily compared to SS/SC's without a resonator.

It depends I think. I heard Domestic Rush's 3" CIA exhaust with muffler/no resonator.. no rasp from what I heard. Sounded very good actually.
