E-Brake issue

Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with the e-brake. i went to the local post office to drop off a package and parked in a lightly inclined spot, set my e-brake and turned the car off. next thing i notice is the car is moving backwards... so i hit the brakes and re adjust the e-brake, at this time the e-brake is pulled up as high as it can go and car still moves backwards.... WTF!!!!!! ive already adjusted the linkage on the e-brake twice and it still continues to do this ****!!!!!

anyone else having issues with the e-brake????

the rear pads run down fast. change them and you should be good. i did and im fine now till they wear again but just get hawk pads and they last longer.

the other part of your problem is its not a e-brake its a parking brake

yea the rear pads are extremely shitty, its the life i guess. some peoples went to **** faster tho, mine were like making fucken metal to metal contact when i changed them

oh and if you plan to change them yourself let me tell you they are a bitch dont bother buying that tool that spins the cylinder down cus it doesnt fit for **** just use some needle nose pliers and twist till it compresses all the way down....doing it yourself will save you a few hundred bucks tho

If you haven't checked yet, look under the rear cup holders to make sure that none of the cables have fallen out of their bracket.

Took a lil while, the back is still ever so slightly higher than the front. But still looks awesome.

The really funny part is when it just starts working again out of nowhere.
