Easy Way to Reset TPMS Errors

Good morning,

I have two sets of wheels / tires. One for the Summer and one for the Winter. Everytime I switch between them I get an error to reset the TPMS senor. I usually go to the dealer, $20 and its done but I am getting tired of this. Is there something I can do to reset this?

Also, for some reason this time I have recieved a error message about ECS or something like that. I have to look up the 3 letters but I know it started with an E.

Thank you,

There is a relearn procedure in the manual, turn key on, press both lock & unlock buttons on the keyfob, it'll beep the horn.

Let air out of LF until it beeps, RF, RR, then LR. Beeps twice when complete.

Take off the valve caps first to save some time. It'll light up the turn signal/brake light at the corner to do in each step.

That happened to a number of us around here last summer and no matter what we did it would still randomly pop up for seemingly no reason. I'm hesitant to get the sensor checked because it would always come back and I'd rather not get my wheels rebalanced again when they're damned near perfect. I agree though, it's annoying as hell and will 9/10 times come back immediately, or on the next restart.

I tried a re-learn, a few times it didn't work (sensor wasn't responding on the tire that lost comms with the system), couple more tries it did and the issue still would come back at random. I give up
