treadstone tr-12 issue

So I am installing quite a few mods, including a tr-12 intercooler. So I know it mounts up with the crash bar. but the intercooler is already snug with the crash bar and I still have a 1/4 inch between the bar and the mount. I have the brackets on correct I believe. Any suggestion is appreciated!

Just did the ZZP one on the weekend. Thought it was a shitty fit. Reveresed the brackets and suddenly it was a good fit. They look identical but may be different.

I'd bend the bracket tabs to move the intercooler as close to the radiator as possible. I had to do that with a TR8. I believe the intercoolers are all the same thickness but vary in height for the extra volume.
