Question Engine hesitating?

I was driving home earlier today and I decided to do a pull on a empty road. So I gun it starting mid second gear. Well around 5-6k rpm range the engine started hesitating? It was wierd first time it's done this. Feels like it stops pulling then starts pulling again multiple times until I let off and drove normal the rest of the way home? Any ideas?

I did a second pull and made sure traction was off but esc. So I'm going to look over the car, check air filter and few other things in the AM. Just scares me a bit.

Did it throw a code? If you can check the codes and see what may have been thrown but didn't turn on the light. That happened to me a long time ago when I was first tuned... It was an underboost/overboost code that would not turn on a light. Probably not the same problem but it's worth a shot to read it.

Sounds exactly like fuel cut or spark plugs.

Yea, prolly set an immature code. It happens at times with wheel spin.

Also, how long on these plugs now?

Well started car today and tried to see if it would do it again with my dad in the car and it didn't. So I'll change plugs and it should be good.
