Ever notice how "weird" a normal car feels after the SS?
When I'm not driving the 'Balt, I'm driving my wife's '02 Vue AWD V6. Handling is the biggest thing I notice. I have to be really careful with how I drive the little SUV as cornering is not great (relatively speaking). It is also not nearly as quick but for a small SUV it handles it's own.
I've always appreciated everything GM put into these little cars though. I love the balance of power, suspension and brakes. For the price, I couldn't be happier.

My other drive is a 03 Ranger P/U with 4 liter V6, 5sp and 4WD. Since the 09 TC Balt showed up the truck just does truck stuff. When I do drive it the first few miles are "brakes where are the effing brakes!"--"steering?, it must be here somewhere"--shifter throws measured in feet--leisurely acceleration etc. By far it's the braking difference which has caught me out a couple of times and then when back in the Balt almost stalling it what with the hair trigger clutch and zero torque down low compared to the truck. Two vastly different vehicles but it all good having the luxury of being able to own both. dww
I have 09 ss/tc and for work i drive a ford f250 and i always try to take corners like i do in my car and im always like holy **** cant do that like half way through the turn lol. the bigeest thing i notice ffrom any other car i drive from mine is how much better the acceleration is in my car. my friend has a Manual jetta and i drive it alot, but its so slow... these things just make me appreciate my balt.
