exhaust issue question

exhaust issue question
my ss/tc exhaust hangs down at the first exhaust hanger... if i push it up to where the hangers are even it looks perfect. but as soon as i let it go it hangs down too far. is there a way to modify it to stay up where it should be?
bump for an answer? i know something isnt quite right... and i think its the car not the exhaust bc my old exhaust done the same thing. are my rubber hangers bad?
