New Member-Needing Advice

Question, I'm new to the world of Cobalts but have done some research on them. Here is one that I am looking at https://www.ksl.com/auto/listing/2406421?ad_cid=2 My question is, what do you think of the price? Too much? I don't need the snow tires and he said it puts down 320 to 350 hp which is fine for me. I like the sedan (which I hear is more rare too) as it would be easier putting my kids in and out of the car. Then, just for kicks, what do you think about this one https://www.ksl.com/auto/listing/2374965?ad_cid=1 Thanks!

Thats a good price for the miles. I'd take him up on it (the first one).

From reading one forum on this issue, they said to call a dealership and they will be able to tell you the dates there were affected?

If you call a dealership they will either be ignorant or feign ignorance.

Late '08 and early '09 builds seem to be most affected. There's no way for us lowly consumers to know the exact percentage of cars affected, but it's more than a fraction of a percent.

Honestly the sedan isn't a bad price. Fairly low mileage, but aftermarket parts depends on the buyer how they affect price.

Go for the sedan, you'll be happier longer. I wish I could have found a sedan but between being sick of waiting (nearly a year) for a good deal on one and I found my ry coupe at a steal I settled for it.

And as far as the porous block issue, im a gm tech and I coudnt get anything out of technical assistance or the engineers when I called about it when I was looking for my lnf so good luck asking other dealers lol. My lnf has 40k right now, still crossing my fingers its going to be good to me.
But mine is also a early 08 build so who knows.
