they're pretty hard to get. I've been looking for one for months. Even when you do get one, you need to have it programmed for your vin. PITA if you ask me. I'm probably just going to get GMS1
I have an 09 SS and I got a spare ecu from an 08 SS. I'm pretty sure it would have to be from an 08+ SS.
This is how you relearn the vin:
1. Disconnect battery.
2. Take out stock ecu from underneath the hood.
3. Put spare ecu in.
4. Reconnect battery.
5. Put your key in the ignition and turn it to the on position.
6. Leave it on for about 10-11 minutes or until the orange security lock light goes off.
7. Shut the car off.
8. Repeat steps 5 through 7 another two times.
It should crank up right after the third time you do it.
You can't have your trunk or any doors opening or closing while this is going on so I suggest you just do it and go get something to eat or something while you're waiting. It can get annoying.

here you go. Had mine in like 4 days and you can have them program it to your vin.
You don't have to disconnect the battery. All I did was unplug the old ecu, plug the new one in, turn the ignition on for about 10 seconds then start the car. At first it will have a hard time starting, just keep into it n it will kick over.
Hope that helps

The Part Number on the LNF PCM that I am selling is 12614967. This worked in my 08 SS/TC. Hope that helps.

I will boast that I bought the very last ECM that ECU Outlet had, lol... in fact, had to buy it off ebay, because when I contacted him to see if he had anymore, he directed me to that auction and told me it was the absolute last one he'd ever get as Bosch had cut him off
I ended up paying like $400 for it because I got into a bidding war, but didn't care... wasn't taking any chances
don't know if it'll help but here is my label from an '08:
