finally got another one

so i originally had an 07 which i bought new and sold about 3 years ago.. ever since then i have regretted it and missed the car like crazy so i started looking around found an 09 ss and picked it up.. i couldnt be happier.. car does need a detail though as the paint looks pretty neglected but everything runs great will post pics once i get a chance to detail it

Its pretty bad alot of swirls and spider webs.. Pulled it in the garage and washed clayed and compounded it so far now just some polish and wax and good as new

Grab yourself some black specific wax. I started using it on my CTS last year and my Yukon and holy crap what a difference it makes. Removes all swirl marks with only hand waxing. You don't need to cut or polish but I recommend a clay bar first.

Another good option is world's best wax. It is one of the best wax's that I have used that doesn't cost a fortune.

I detail cars on the side used to do it at a carwash i use all poorboys products very easy to work w and high quality stuff black wax will cover the swirls im actually removing them and i already clayed it

yea thats the problem i try to never go to an autowash.. i always use the two bucket method to wash my cars or else the swirl marks just get out of hand

yea i know what you mean i sold mine and picked up a brand new cts.. but its just not the same i needed another cobalt there deff great cars

then of course when i go to pull it out of the garage the shifter is pretty much frozen almost impossible to put the thing into gear... this 10 degree weather is terrible
