Gen 4 Projectors

hey guys

im looking to buy a set of depo gen 4 headlights and they seem to discontinued and i cant seem to find them anywhere. i did however find a set on a website that has them listed as just "projector headlights". the picture seems to look the same as the depos but im not 100% sure if its actually them.

heres the link to the lights: https://www.1aauto.com/chevy-cobalt-...yABEgKc5_D_BwE

are these the depo gen 4s or is it some other generic brand?

also, if you guys know of a definite place to get the depos please let me know.

thanks!

They are still out there.

You have to go to depot and get the part number. I got it long ago. I'll check for them. If I recall there are generic brands out there for the Gen 4 projectors.
Nevermind Depot company redid their website. You can't see the part numbers anymore lol
But here is what I found.
For the black ones

M35-1102P-AS2

Can't find for the chrome ones.

Ebay has them, if you know how to buy in eBay carefully lol

thanks for the part number!

ive searched around and still came up empty handed. also, i noticed in the link i posted that it says they "replace M35-1102P-AS2". is that pretty much saying that they are not the real depos?

if any of you guys can link me to real gen 4s that are actually available right now please let me know!

yep those are the exact same ones ive seen which goes back to my original question of if they are knock offs or actual depos.

do the depos have any markings or numbers on them i can use to contact the sellers and ask if they match or something? that could work and itll tell me if theyre real depos or not.

so i contacted an ebay store that has these lights listed for $190 and asked if they were real depos and they told me:

"these are new aftermarket parts made by various vendors so we cannot confirm if these are the part number you provided"

im thinking these arent legit ones and then i contacted the folks from my original post and they didnt reply.

i think im sol with these lights

No adapter will be needed, the wiring from the headlamp mates with the factory plug.

Highly recommend putting hid's in them and wiring the low beams to stay on when the highs are on. Really lights things up.

^ I found a way to add a diode to the light switch pcb to keep the low on with the high. Also you can put in a capacitor to bridge the no light gap when switching between low to high and high to low on other applications like retrofits/hids
