After almost a year and a half, my 1st gen projectors have had it. The lens is cracking, they're fogging inside of the lens on hot and humid days, etc. Where did you guys buy your projector sets along with hid kits as well? I am looking for a reputable set that is faIrly inexpensive (no more than $300 or so). Are there any reputable eBay sellers for these projectors? I'm kind of torn between the first and third gens as well. Which do you suggest? Thanks in advance for help.

 

i'm not which gen mine are, but i got mine off e-bay for just over 200 shipped. i dont have H.I.D.'s my only problem was they were aimed terrible out of the box.

 

Yeah, mine were from eBay and as time went on, I was less satisfied with them. I want a better quality set and I'm just trying to pinpoint a seller who can offer me just that.

I like my CCFL's, don't know which gen those are though, and alignment was a pain also....

 

Which model does everyone buy from 3B Spec?

And what's the max rating for the HID that people take? 10K?
